At Pacifica Gates we believe in a full quote policy – meaning that the quote you receive will cover everything needed to get your gate installed and operational. These services include:
- Planning a preparation of the site
- Masonry and pillars
- Trenches and tunnels for electrical
- Installation of gates, fencing, electrical, cameras and intercoms if required
We offer a thorough quote process that ensures you, our potential customer feels absolutely comfortable that you are going to get the driveway gate you want. After an initial phone consultation we will meet you on site to get measurements and show you photos of our previous custom gate projects. Our process is very thorough, meaning we will take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for as well as getting a good look and measurement of the area where your driveway gate will be installed. Any custom gate requests can also be discussed at this time.
After the on site consultation we will get back to you via email within 2-4 business days with a complete quote. This three page document will include all the details of the quote including all the preparation and installation details so both parties are clear about what the job will entail. This ensures that you as the customer can feel comfortable that you are paying for exactly what you want.
Additionally we are happy to discuss partial quotes if you wish to do part of the driveway gate installation yourself, or are planning on hiring an outside contractor.
Once you confirm that you wish to proceed with the project we will return to your location for final measurements and collect a 35% deposit. The balance of the payment plus taxes is due upon completion of the project. We normally are able to schedule new projects to begin within 3-6 weeks of confirmation.
